Solgar 40+ Advanced Acidophilus is a non-dairy formulation that provides the specially cultivated strains LA-5®, BB-12®, L.CASEI 431®, LGG® and TH-4® . This complex of 40+ acidophilus provides 1,500 million microorganisms, 300 million from each of the strains.

All of Solgar's Advanced Probiotics use a technology with a polysaccharide matrix that protects living bacteria from stomach acid that could destroy them in its path. This matrix is formed by a specially formulated mixture that offers protection and food to microorganisms and improves the stability of the product, not being necessary refrigeration (optional).
