Solgar® 5-HTP is a combination formulated with 5-hydroxytryptophan together with valerian and vitamin B6. This combination can help reduce fatigue and fatigue and support normal psychological function, especially in people with sleep problems. 1-2 capsules per day are recommended.

5-HTP is a product created from the seed of Griffonia simplicifolia, a vegetable source rich in 5-HTP. 5 hydroxytryptophan is an amino acid precursor of serotonin. Our lifestyle can make it difficult to disconnect after a long day and many of us have difficulty relaxing and getting quality sleep. Good nutrition and proper lifestyle habits contribute to an adequate level of serotonin. Serotonin is converted into melatonin in the body and this helps the body to regulate sleep cycles.
